A short ride to the Beaches on the westcoast south of Serra de Sintra. Some uphills has to be done but basicly is an easy ride bike ride from the villages alongthe river to the boarder of Sintra Natural Park and to the west coast beaches.
A nice mix out of some work out in the backyards and some coast cruising. Perfect for a hot summer day!
